Shipping & Handling
Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Wisconsin via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at check out. Please note that some products are shipped directly from the vendors via UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages.
Winkie's Gifts is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to select our UPS Signature Shipping Method at checkout. This is our only insured method of shipping.
For orders placed after Noon CT, delivery times will go into effect the following business day.
Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change.
Order Arrival & Exceptions:
- Tracking information will be emailed to you within 1 business day after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update with the carrier.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please allow additional 7-10 days for delivery of all customized and personalized orders. Expedited shipping will not affect production time for all personalized items.
- Once the order is in the hands of the shipping service, Winkie's Gifts is not responsible for any shipping delays.
