HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders. If you have questions regarding returning your order once it has been delivered, please refer to our Returns Policy or contact us at (414)964-2130, Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am - 3pm CT.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Wisconsin via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.** Please note that some products are shipped directly from the vendors via UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Returns in accordance with our Return Policy are not charged a processing fee, however customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed once the returned package has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may not be posted on your statement for another 2-3 business days. You will not get an email notification when your refund is processed. The refund will automatically post to your account.
WHY DO I SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON MY BANK STATEMENT EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH?
This usually happens when the billing zip code you have entered on your order doesn’t match the billing zip code on the credit card you’re trying to use. As for the pending transaction, some banks will hold your funds for a couple of days but will not validate the charge. These charges usually drop off of your bank account within 1-7 days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO CANADA?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to any other countries at this time. We hope to in the future!
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE REGARDING STOCK, PRICING, ETC?
Please note that while we make every attempt to manage our inventory there may be a rare case where we sell an item on our website that also sold simultaneously in our store location. If this occurs then we will offer you a substitute and/or make every attempt to source the item for you in a timely manner. We will be in communication should this occur. In this instance we can issue a full refund prior to the item shipping.
